Post date:Wed, 25/08/2010
Portuguese TeaCamp partners met, on the 13th of July 2010, with the Vice-rector for Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies, Professor Eduardo Silva, of the University of Aveiro (Portugal) with the aim of presenting the TeaCamp project and discuss the institutional expectations about virtual mobility. Professor Eduardo Silva was very interested with the full dimension of the TeaCamp project (teacher virtual campus: research, practice, apply).
A special interest had been given to pilot course that is being held in the 1st semester of 2010/11 in the partner institutions, since it is starting to be a major concern for the University the opening of new teaching and learning methodologies, especially those that are concerned with distance learning. Due to the facts that that The University o Aveiro gives major importance to internationalization and also that it will starting the 1st semester of 2010/11 the first undergraduate course entirely delivered at distance and, virtual mobility issue can be in the top priority of the institutional agenda.
